Bookings & Payment
All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to you by our team.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. In exceptional circumstances, our team may offer a date change or credit at our discretion. Please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your plans.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. Please contact our team in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Facilities & Access
Access to Coco’s facilities — including the gym, pool areas, co-working studio, and wellness spaces — is included as part of your stay, subject to your residence type. Some services may carry an additional charge. Full details will be provided at check-in.
Guest Conduct
Coco is a community. We ask all guests to be respectful of the space, the staff, and the people around them. We reserve the right to ask any guest who disrupts the experience of others to leave the property without refund.
Liability
Coco Lifestyle Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Please take care of your valuables and make use of the secure storage available in your residence.

All information on this website is provided in good faith. Coco Lifestyle Resort reserves the right to make changes to rates, availability, facilities, and property details at any time without prior notice.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you share with us is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and improving your stay. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
